Polaris Global Off Road Dealer Meeting

From Empty Convention Hall to Engaging Dealer Experience

For Polaris Inc.’s 2026 Global Off Road Dealer Meeting, the objectives were: reinforce confidence in the company’s strategy, reconnect with dealers, and build excitement for the 2027 product lineup.

Held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, the private event brought the Polaris dealer network together with company leaders, product experts, engineers, and partners to experience what was ahead for the new model year.

CenterPoint partnered with Polaris to transform 156,000 square feet of empty convention space into an immersive, easy-to-navigate dealer experience featuring 105 vehicles, 22 business zones, interactive learning opportunities, partner exhibits, retail, and collaborative spaces—all designed around the key client objectives.

Client Objectives

  • Reinforce dealer confidence in Polaris, its strategy, and the strength of the 2027 product lineup
  • Reconnect company leaders, product experts, partners, and dealers through face-to-face interaction
  • Give dealers hands-on opportunities to explore products, features, accessories, and business resources
  • Deepen product knowledge and provide dealers with tools to support a successful model year launch
  • Create an engaging, cohesive brand experience across a large and operationally complex event footprint

Experiential Solutions
CenterPoint planned a complete attendee journey across the entire convention space, from the initial arrival through product discovery, education, business resources, retail, and dealer networking. A dramatic central arrival experience combining oversized Polaris branding, hero products, high gloss flooring and large-scale backlit graphics immediately established the scale and energy of the brand.

Throughout the show, vehicles from across the Polaris off-road portfolio were integrated into Product showcases, Hype Hubs, an Ask an Expert area, a lighting tunnel, configurator experiences, and other engagement zones which gave dealers multiple ways to explore the lineup and deepen their product knowledge.

The 22 business zones extended the experience beyond the vehicles, connecting dealers with resources for customer experience, marketing, financial products, sales support, accessories, apparel, and more. Partner exhibits, a 3,280-square-foot retail store, meeting areas, and networking spaces created a complete dealer environment where product discovery, education, and relationship-building could happen side by side.

Planning and Execution at Scale
Bringing an experience of this scale to life required extensive planning, coordination, and attention to detail. CenterPoint managed the many interconnected elements—from infrastructure and technical requirements to installation sequencing, accessibility, traffic flow, and on-site execution—coordinating across teams, partners, and vendors to transform an empty convention hall into a cohesive dealer experience.

Results
The event’s scale made an immediate impression, but the impact came from how intentionally the entire space was planned and executed. Each product zone, learning environment, meeting space, retail area, and visual landmark were designed to support the same goals: building confidence in the Polaris brand, deepening dealer knowledge, generating excitement, and equipping the dealer network for a successful 2027 model year launch.

The response from Polaris was extremely positive, with the team describing it as their best dealer meeting ever.
