CenterPoint Marketing was recognized on June 23, 2022 at EXHIBITORLIVE 2022 as the highest-rated exhibit producer for service and reliability in North America. CenterPoint was rated higher than any other exhibit producer among the 40 winners of EXHIBITOR’s Find It TOP 40 awards, let alone the nearly 500 exhibit houses who were subjected to a rigorous process to enter the contest.
“We are so proud to have received this award, which recognizes the dedication of our entire team to deliver unparalleled service for our clients,” said Steve Clear, President of CenterPoint Marketing.
While presenting the CenterPoint Marketing award at the 2022 ceremony, EXHIBITOR Magazine Editor Travis Stanton said, “Nominees for EXHIBITOR’s Find It TOP 40 Awards made it in part for outstanding customer service. Nominees could submit up to 5 of their current clients who completed a survey on everything from overall customer satisfaction to the accuracy of their pricing estimates. CenterPoint received rave reviews and their clients gave them near perfect scores in all areas.”
Stanton added, “Clients had this to say about CenterPoint: ‘They always go above and beyond, frequently with last-minute requests, to ensure all our needs are met at the highest level.’ Another client said, ‘As a 25-year industry professional, I can truthfully say that the team at CenterPoint is the best in the business.’”
This marks the 4th year in a row that CenterPoint Marketing has earned a coveted spot in EXHIBITOR’s Find It TOP 40 awards, having won in 2019, 2020, 2021, and now again in 2022. In 2020 CenterPoint was also recognized as ranking among the top 8 in Service and Reliability, and in 2021 for being in the top 8 in Honors and Awards.
“As trade show exhibitors, our clients have very stressful and unpredictable jobs,” said CenterPoint Marketing CMO Heidi Clear. “Throughout the whole life cycle of a trade show project, we partner with our clients to ensure the projects run smoothly and generate the business results they need, allowing them to focus more time on their own customers.”
