KBIS 2025 did not disappoint with its designer appeal, product innovation, and truly breath-taking exhibits.
Recurring trends such as beautifully designed vignettes, functioning product displays, and big impactful surfaces remain at the center of product showcasing. This combination leads to an exceptional attendee experience every year and this year was no exception.
Let’s talk about exhibit design topics and new trends coming out of KBIS 2025:
1. Organic materials and shapes
This simmering trend was widely adopted throughout the show floor. Filleted corners are back and bringing softness to rectilinear shapes. The use of stone, wood, scalloped surfaces, and greenery was prevalent across market sectors.
2. Muted colors and soft earth tones
The use of white and dark moody tones for exhibit structures continued to prevail giving prominence to a softer use of material and colors as accent elements or product displays. This was particularly successful within showcase vignettes giving them a contrasting feel from the surrounding environment. Think creams, marble, warm wood with a subtle pop of dusty green.
3. Sustainability focus
Conversations are being had about water quality, use, and comfort. It’s exciting to see new technology coming out in the industry that is keenly thinking about the future of our homes, health and environment. This ranges from use of materials in products, reverse osmosis and filtration systems, and clever water conservation without compromising comfort and luxury. The at-home spa experience is here and now.
It always a pleasure to see the latest kitchen and bath trends and we are looking forward to seeing what’s new at KBIS 2026.
