AIRS Medical 20×60 Custom Rental Exhibit at RSNA Builds Their Corporate Brand

AIRS Medical went into RSNA 2024 with a top goal of building company brand awareness. Because AIRS Medical’s flagship product, SwiftMR™, is better known than their company brand, their approach was to educate partners, clients and prospects about how their pipeline of other products is advancing medical imaging.

To help AIRS Medical achieve their goals, CenterPoint designed a bold, clean, and elegant 20×60 exhibit, with modular panels accented with edge lighting. The tech-infused exhibit had multiple spaces for comfortable meetings and high-impact product demos, including presentation areas and high-resolution monitors that effectively showed off the superior image quality of their product. Informal and formal meeting spaces were booked the entire show, hosting groups from 2 to 8 people.

The RSNA exhibit was 100% custom rental — for several reasons:

  • This is AIRS Medical’s only big USA show, so there is no need to own and store so much exhibit property.
  • Their quick product lifecycle could make owned exhibit assets prematurely obsolete.
  • They want to easily evolve their future exhibit designs as their needs change.

The RSNA show was a huge success, gaining AIRS Medical new partners, new clients, and their desired boost in brand awareness.
